
We run regular sessions in Bridgwater, Cheddar, Wells and Yeovil. These are either weekly or fortnightly depending on the location and last for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Each session starts with time to socialise together before moving on to meditation, guided breathing exercises, vocal warm ups and structured singing activities designed to improve lung function and overall well being.
We are hoping to start providing remote classes via Zoom very soon.
